Particularisation (as)


The particularisation ("as") of the substance. This specifies the form (dust, aerosol) or the component of the substance (f.i. chemical element, active chemical group (-CN), metabolite, or biochemical parameter) that is actually used in the limit value. The limit value and its dimension therefore relate to this form or component. The following particularisations are in place (not complete):

Non-chemical substances:

  • Vibrations: accelaration
  • Climate (indoor): predited percentage dissatisfied
  • Electromagnetic field:current density
  • Lifting Weight: single load
  • Noise, Radiation: dose
